Monthly Financial Check-Up
We prepare a monthly financial packet with your profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. We also include certain KPIs and trend analysis consistent with your business size and goals. We spend an hour with your executive team each month to review the packet. Price is dependent on size of company and number of KPIs included in analysis.

The CFO Hotline
For the “simple” or “quick” requests, our experienced CFOs are available on an per hour basis to assist your finance team or help support a less experienced internal CFO. The hotline provides general advice but cannot provide detailed financial analysis on this call.

Together we determine what the scope of the engagement will be in terms of oversight duties and hours allotted. This service is provided on a remote basis and is perfect for the management of an in-house finance team. Anticipated no more than 20 hours per week.

Interim CFO Services
Contact us to discuss your Interim CFO needs and we can put together a structure that works for you. Remote Interim Services can be provided nation-wide. On-Site Interim Services would require deeper conversations. Expectation is less than 6 months, typically.
What is the difference between Fractional and Interim? Fractional CFOs are typically a longer commitment in terms of months working with your company- consider it a part time CFO. An Interim CFO would be closer to full time, but for only a short period of time, as in times of transition or per the lifetime of the project they are a part of.

We typically ogether we determine what the scope of the engagement will be in terms of oversight duties and hours alloted. Annual Planning Facilitation
We facilitate your entire annual planning process. We provide (1) pre-retreat meetings to gain context and set goals for retreat (2) three-days of the retreat*, and (3) a wrap-up report and (4) an operating model based on meeting outcomes.
Optional Add-On Services: we can use our extensive network to plan your entire offsite planning meetings including venue selection, meal coordination, and team-building activities.
Hotel, airfare, and transportation would be additional to the base price.
*price is based on our recommendation of a three-day set of meetings. However, we can do shorter sessions; contact us to discuss your request.
