Bookkeeping Terms and Conditions
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to Bookkeeping subscriptions provided by Finstravi, LLC for businesses and their authorized representatives. The confirmed service plan identifies the customer, services, fees, billing interval, service term, and the applicable transaction-count tier and delivery model.
2. Services included in your plan
Your bookkeeping plan identifies the transaction-count tier and nearshore, hybrid, or onshore delivery model. Catch-up bookkeeping and chart of accounts projects are separately scoped and quoted. Those separate projects do not change the subscription commitment identified in your plan.
3. Requesting and starting service
Bookkeeping. The subscription calculator links directly to Stripe Checkout for your selected plan. Completing checkout authorizes the displayed payment and recurring charges. A request for a catch-up or chart of accounts quote does not itself authorize payment.
4. Fees and billing
The confirmed plan and payment page show your fee in US dollars and billing interval. There is no setup fee for a 12-month commitment.
Bookkeeping billing. The advertised base subscription is a 12-month contract, billed monthly. Your confirmed transaction-count tier includes a 5% grace allowance. If volume exceeds that allowance, pricing may increase for the affected month; when volume returns within the allowance, the contracted base price applies again. Any adjustment is handled with Finstravi under your confirmed plan.
5. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
First 30 days. You may cancel during the first 30 days of your contract without providing 30 days’ advance notice. Subscription payments are not refunded for cancellation during this period. This applies to monthly subscription payments.
Annual contracts. Your 12-month contract automatically renews for another 12-month term unless you give notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the current annual term expires. After the initial 30-day cancellation window, cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable annual term, subject to the notice requirement.
How to cancel. Email info@finstravi.com with your business name and a request to cancel. We will confirm the applicable service end date and any remaining billing in writing. Contact the same address for billing questions.
These policies do not limit any rights or refunds required by applicable law.
6. Information and participation
Please provide timely, complete financial information and identify the people authorized to participate and approve changes. Our work is based on the information available to us. Tell us when material assumptions, financial records, or business circumstances change.
7. Business information and communications
The signup process collects contact details, business information, plan selections, and information you choose to include. Finstravi uses this information to respond to your request, coordinate services, and send service and billing communications. Stripe processes payment information.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Changes to the agreed scope or fees should be documented with your Finstravi representative before the changed services begin.
