Who we are
Finstravi, LLC provides business planning and financial support services. This notice describes personal information handled through this website, inquiries, scheduling, and recruiting. Client work may be governed by separate agreements and notices. Contact legal@finstravi.com about privacy.
Information we collect
Newsletter signup records your email, consent text and time, confirmation, and subscription status. We send newsletters only after email confirmation. You can unsubscribe through each newsletter or our newsletter preferences page. Assessment answers and business context are shared with our team only when you submit them for review. You may provide your name, contact details, company information, business needs, scheduling preferences, and messages. Applicants provide location, experience, expertise, work preferences, answers, and a resume. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, health information, or confidential client records through public forms. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, arrange meetings, provide services, consider applicants, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics help us understand website use. Optional advertising measurement helps us understand marketing performance. We do not use the application form for advertising profiles or automated hiring decisions.
Cookies and your privacy choices
Essential storage supports security, forms, appointments, and your privacy preferences. Analytics and advertising technologies are on by default on eligible public pages after privacy-signal verification, unless you have opted out. You do not need to click an acceptance button for them to load. Select Opt out to turn off both categories, or Manage choices to control Analytics and Advertising separately. Selecting Keep enabled saves the enabled choices. Essential services remain available when you opt out. You can reopen Your Privacy Choices at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of optional tracking on this browser. Previously saved opt-outs remain honored. Saved choices do not automatically expire; clearing storage or using another browser may require a new choice. If we cannot verify privacy signals or save choices, optional tracking stays off. Opting out reloads the page to stop optional scripts and clears accessible first-party tracking cookies; it does not erase information already received by providers. With JavaScript disabled, our optional tags do not load.
Storage used by this website
- Website form protection: __Host-finstravi_intake, a session cookie for assessment and newsletter requests.
- Privacy preference: finstravi_privacy_v1 in local storage, until you change the choice or clear storage; existing choices are preserved.
- Scheduling: __Host-finstravi_scheduler, up to seven days; finstravi-scheduling-attempt-v1 in session storage for the browser tab. finstravi-booking-measurement-v1 keeps up to 100 booking references in that tab to prevent repeated measurement; references are not sent to analytics.
- Form protection: __Host-finstravi_advisory and __Host-finstravi_quotes, session cookies.
- Employment portal: finstravi_employment, a session cookie.
- When enabled and permitted: Google Analytics may use _ga cookies; Meta may use _fbp or _fbc cookies. Provider settings affect their duration and processing.
How long we keep information
We retain applications in our ongoing candidate pool for 12 months after submission, then delete them unless a legal obligation or legal hold requires longer retention. If hired, relevant information may become part of separate personnel or contractor records. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months, with reset on new user activity disabled; standard aggregated reports are governed separately. Other inquiry and service records are retained only as needed for their purpose, contractual obligations, security, and applicable legal requirements. Backups may age out on a separate cycle and are restricted from ordinary use.
Privacy requests and state rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and appeal a denied request. California residents may also have rights concerning sensitive personal information where applicable. These rights depend on statutory coverage and exceptions, including employment-related exceptions in some states. Email legal@finstravi.com with your request or appeal. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. We may reasonably verify identity before fulfilling access or deletion requests; browser opt-outs do not require an account. We respond within applicable legal timeframes and do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. Where available, you may contact your state regulator about an unresolved appeal.
Security, audience, and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. This website is intended for business professionals, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information. We may revise this notice and will update the date and provide additional notice when required.
