Advisory Terms and Conditions

Finstravi, LLC · Financial Advisory

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to Financial Advisory subscriptions provided by Finstravi, LLC for businesses and their authorized representatives. The confirmed service plan identifies the customer, services, fees, billing interval, service term, and the applicable meeting cadence.

2. Services included in your plan

You know your business. We know financials. We know strategic growth. Regular meetings with an independent CFO provide time to review your financial information, check alignment with your strategic plan, celebrate successes, and think out loud about what comes next.

Your plan specifies weekly, twice-monthly, monthly, or quarterly meetings. Advisory supports your executives in making strong, confident decisions. Your management team remains responsible for business decisions and implementation. Forecasts and recommendations depend on assumptions and available information; business results are not guaranteed.

Bookkeeping, tax preparation, audit or assurance work, legal advice, investment management, and additional projects are outside this advisory subscription unless expressly included in a separate written scope.

3. Requesting and starting service

Financial Advisory. Submitting the advisory website form requests a subscription. It does not charge your payment method or activate paid service. A Finstravi representative will contact you to confirm your business needs, selected plan, price, service term, and next steps.

After confirmation, we send a Stripe payment link. Completing payment authorizes the displayed charges and recurring billing. We confirm activation by email after payment is verified and coordinate your first meeting.

4. Fees and billing

The confirmed plan and payment page show your fee in US dollars, billing interval, and any one-time setup fee. For Financial Advisory, weekly, twice-monthly, and monthly meeting plans bill monthly. Quarterly meeting plans bill every three months. Meeting cadence and billing interval are different from the length of your commitment.

A 12-month commitment is billed at the applicable recurring interval, rather than as an annual payment. There is no setup fee for a 12-month commitment. The Financial Advisory month-to-month service option includes a recurring-price adjustment and a one-time setup fee, shown in the confirmed plan.

5. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

First 30 days. You may cancel during the first 30 days of your contract without providing 30 days’ advance notice. Subscription payments are not refunded for cancellation during this period. This applies to monthly and quarterly subscription payments. The setup-fee exception below still applies.

Annual contracts. Your 12-month contract automatically renews for another 12-month term unless you give notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the current annual term expires. After the initial 30-day cancellation window, cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable annual term, subject to the notice requirement.

Plans with a setup fee. These plans do not have a 12-month commitment. After the first 30 days, you must give 30 days’ notice to cancel. The same notice rule applies when your meetings and billing are quarterly; quarterly billing does not create an annual commitment.

Setup fees. Setup fees are nonrefundable if any work has been completed. If no work was completed, the setup fee is refundable.

How to cancel. Email info@finstravi.com with your business name and a request to cancel. We will confirm the applicable service end date and any remaining billing in writing. Contact the same address for billing questions or a setup-fee refund request.

These policies do not limit any rights or refunds required by applicable law.

6. Information and participation

Please provide timely, complete financial information and identify the people authorized to participate and approve changes. Advice is based on the information available to us. Tell us when material assumptions, financial records, or business circumstances change.

7. Business information and communications

The signup process collects contact details, business information, plan selections, and information you choose to include. Finstravi uses this information to respond to your request, coordinate services, and send service and billing communications. Stripe processes payment information.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Changes to the agreed scope or fees should be documented with your Finstravi representative before the changed services begin.
